Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategic cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with operations, commercial, finance, procurement and technology teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive execution across departments.
• Prepare business presentations, commercial proposals and management reports.
• Analyze operational and financial data to support business decisions.
• Drive technology and AI adoption across business functions.
• Work closely with customers, OEMs and senior leadership on critical initiatives.
• Take complete ownership of assigned projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
Who Should Apply
• MBA or Engineering + MBA
• 0–4 years of experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership and execution mindset
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
