🎨 We're Hiring: UI/UX Designer
📍 Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi (On-site) | Full-time
Turnix is looking for a creative, detail-obsessed designer with serious design sense — someone who can turn ideas into clean, conversion-focused interfaces for our client brands and our in-house AI products.
⏰ Work schedule (read before applying):
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
On-site at our Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi office — this is NOT a remote or hybrid role
✨ What you'll do:
Design websites, landing pages, and product UI for client brands and in-house products
Run user research and apply UI/UX behavior principles to every design decision
Own the full design flow — wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems
Use AI tools daily — generate AI images and videos, pick the right model for the right task, and design AI-first (we use Claude for design a lot more than Figma)
Work closely with developers for pixel-perfect handoffs
Iterate fast based on feedback, data, and conversion insights
✅ What you need:
A strong portfolio of UI/UX work (websites, landing pages, or apps)
Excellent design sense — typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Strong research skills and a real understanding of user behavior
Hands-on fluency with AI tools — AI image generation, AI video generation, choosing the right model for the right task, and AI-assisted design workflows (Claude, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
Proficiency in Figma — but expect to design beyond it
Ability to take feedback well and iterate quickly
⭐ Bonus points for:
Motion/interaction design (Framer, Lottie, After Effects)
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Experience designing for conversion (landing pages, funnels, ads)
