Role Overview
We are looking for an Advisor – Consumer Lending / Affordability to build and scale our consumer financing business, owning the full lifecycle from brand and merchant partnerships to product construct, commercial structuring, and store or platform go-live.
Requirements
- 10-20 years of experience in consumer lending, affordability and EMI programs, point-of-sale or retail finance, captive finance, or channel-led distribution
- A live network of decision-makers across brands, large retail chains, marketplaces, and channel partners
- Track record of building or scaling a consumer loan book, or launching affordability programs across a merchant network
- Working understanding of affordability economics: subvention and buy-down structures, channel payouts, yield, delinquency behaviour, and regulatory considerations including RBI digital lending and lending partnership norms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive execution independently in a fast-paced environment
