Role Description The Pre Sales Executive role at EdifyChamps is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, understanding their tutoring requirements, and presenting suitable service offerings. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, handling inbound and outbound inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of leads and follow-ups in CRM tools. The Pre Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the sales and academic teams to prepare proposals, respond to queries, and support the conversion of leads into enrolled learners. The position also requires regular reporting on lead status, market insights, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
- Basic sales and customer service skills, including lead qualification, follow-up, and objection handling.
- Comfort with using digital tools such as CRM software, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to present services clearly, conduct demos, and explain educational offerings in a structured manner.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or education/tutoring services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; business, marketing, or education-related fields are preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
