Role Description
The Technology Lead role at Singularium Technologies Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, with a compensation range of 30 to 40 LPA reporting in to the CTO directly. We are seeking a highly capable Technology Lead to take the helm of our technical execution, system architecture, and infrastructure. In this role, you will be the responsible for Stepzero, our core platform, and it's many deployments - leading its continuous development and maintenance.
Beyond Stepzero, you will architect and manage the underlying infrastructure that supports suite of solutions. You will guide our engineering teams, enforce rigorous software development standards, and ensure our systems remain secure, highly performant, and scalable. This is a high-impact position Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product and business stakeholders, breaking down requirements into technical deliverables, managing timelines, and mitigating technical risks. The role also involves mentoring team members, evaluating new technologies, and driving continuous improvement in tools, processes, and development standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to design robust solutions and evaluate technology options.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present technical concepts, and align stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology skills, including experience with modern software development, system architecture, and infrastructure tools.
- Candidates should possess proven Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver technical initiatives within scope, time, and budget.
- Experience leading technical teams, performing code reviews, and enforcing engineering best practices.
- Hands-on expertise with relevant programming languages, frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
- Bachelor’s degrees from Tier 1 collages like IITs and NITs will be preferred.
