At Alphameet, we're building OneMeet, an offline-first, location-based professional networking platform enabling real-world, in-person connections between verified users. Early stage. Live product. Scaling fast.
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can create intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experiences across our mobile and web platforms. This role goes beyond designing beautiful screens—we're looking for someone who deeply understands user behavior, solves real product problems, simplifies complex workflows, and collaborates closely with product, engineering, and the founder to build experiences users love.
What You'll Own
• End-to-end UI/UX design for OneMeet's mobile application and web platform
• User research, competitor analysis, and translating insights into product improvements
• User flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Designing intuitive onboarding, profile creation, networking, event, and engagement experiences
• Building and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries
• Creating responsive designs across Android, iOS, and web platforms
• Collaborating closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
• Continuously improving user experience through usability testing, analytics, and user feedback
• Working with product and marketing teams to ensure consistency across the entire user journey
What We Need
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong proficiency in Figma with expertise in Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first product design and user-centric thinking
• Deep understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility
• Experience designing responsive interfaces for mobile and web applications
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, color systems, and visual hierarchy
• Experience collaborating with developers and understanding design handoff workflows
• Ability to independently own product design from research to final implementation
• Candidates should be based in Bangalore: Hybrid (Office + WFH)
Bonus
• Experience designing consumer-facing or social networking applications
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments
• Knowledge of Design Systems and Material Design or Human Interface Guidelines
• Experience with usability testing, user interviews, and product analytics tools
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend development workflows
• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools such as Principle, ProtoPie, or After Effects
