Job Overview:
The role for a Marketing Executive who specializes in SEO and LinkedIn marketing, with a strong eye for content design. In this role, you'll help grow our brand’s organic presence by crafting high-performing LinkedIn posts, optimizing content for search engines, and designing engaging visuals that get noticed.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO:
- Research and implement SEO strategies for website and blog content.
- Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta, headings, internal links, etc.).
- Collaborate with writers and developers to improve site structure and content visibility.
- Monitor search performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
LinkedIn Marketing & Content Creation:
- Develop and schedule LinkedIn content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Write engaging posts, carousels, thought-leadership pieces, and social copy.
- Design custom LinkedIn post graphics (carousels, banners, infographics) using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
- Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn trends and best practices for organic growth and engagement.
- Support employee advocacy and executive branding on LinkedIn.
General Marketing & Product Promotion:
- Contribute to campaign planning, email marketing, and reporting.
- Support lead generation and content marketing initiatives.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in marketing, or a related field.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
