About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, organised, and driven Management Trainee to join the CEO’s Office.
This is a unique role designed for someone who enjoys tracking progress, coordinating across departments, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You will work directly with the CEO to monitor company-wide initiatives, follow up on action items, and provide timely updates and escalations.
The position offers deep exposure to how a fast-growing tech business operates — an ideal launchpad for a future career in business operations, consulting, or project management.
- Keep the CEO’s project and task list updated.
- Follow up with teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
- Report any delays, gaps, or issues to the CEO immediately.
- Take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure they are completed.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for the CEO.
- Assist in creating presentations, reports, and review materials.
- Suggest process or coordination improvements when needed.
- Support the CEO with special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strengthen cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth coordination and workflow.
- Should have international Exposure
