Role Summary
We're hiring a Customer Success Manager for our OTT/streaming client portfolio,
someone technical enough to own QA/automation conversations across mobile devices and
smart TV and streaming platforms, and commercial enough to own the account
relationship, renewals, and upsell.
Key Requirements
- Own OTT/streaming client accounts end-to-end – onboarding, delivery, renewals, and upsell.
- Translate client requirements into test scope across OTT platforms (webOS, Tizen, Android TV, streaming devices, Apple tvOS) and mobile/web streaming apps.
- Review automation test scripts and results (Playwright or equivalent) with the QA team; represent findings credibly to client stakeholders.
- Help sales team internally by identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities and also for scope negotiation, renewals, and account growth.
- Manage delivery of the ongoing and new projects in the accounts within agreed SLAs.
Must-Have Skills
- 4–6 years in a client-facing role (CSM / TAM / Delivery) in OTT domain.
- Working knowledge of manual and automation testing on android and iOS devices, smart TV / OTT platforms – webOS, Tizen, Android TV, tvOS.
- Hands-on or working exposure to automation frameworks such as Playwright, Appium, Selenium, XCUITest, UIAutomator, or equivalent for OTT/TV/web app testing.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and test automation lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues, analyze logs, and work closely with Engineering and Product teams.
- Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Techno-commercial track record – SOWs, renewals, or upsell ownership.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience with Jira.
- Exposure to AI-assisted test automation, AI-driven test generation, self-healing automation, or GenAI tools for QA is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
