We're hiring our first HR + Talent Partner. 👇
Here's the honest pitch: SaarOne is a Business Operations Platform — HR, payroll, hiring, field force, procurement and more, in one place instead of the 10–15 disconnected tools most companies duct-tape together. Our promise to customers is three words: Simply. Everything.
Now we need someone to live that promise internally — to run our own people-and-talent function on the very product we're building.
You'll wear two hats. On talent: own hiring end to end — sourcing, screening, interviews and closing candidates across engineering, sales and ops as we grow. On HR: build the foundation — onboarding, payroll and compliance, policies, and the day-to-day experience that keeps a growing team happy.
The twist: you'll do all of it inside SaarOne. That makes you our HR lead and our sharpest in-house user — and your feedback ships into the product.
You'll thrive here if you have 3+ years across recruitment and core HR, can run a pipeline solo (JD to offer), know the Indian compliance basics (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, PoSH), and like building process where none exists yet.
