This is not an Executive Assistant role.
This is one of the most important positions in the company.
You will work directly with the Founder to build the world's first platform connecting the Top 1% companies through thought leadership, executive communities, AI, government, media, and enterprise intelligence.
Already supported by 12+ State Government advisory relationships, Whitepapers Launch is creating a category that doesn't exist today.
Your responsibility is simple:
Help the Founder move 10x faster while ensuring the company executes with precision.
Your Mission
Turn vision into execution.
Connect strategy with operations.
Ensure every major initiative moves from idea to measurable business impact.
You will become the operating partner to the Founder.

Your First 180 Days
- Build a Founder Office operating cadence
- Establish weekly leadership reviews and business dashboards
- Create company-wide OKRs and KPI tracking
- Drive execution across strategic initiatives
- Improve decision-making speed across teams
- Build executive reporting for leadership and investors
- Remove operational bottlenecks and improve cross-functional alignment
- Implement AI tools to improve execution and productivity

You Should Have
- 6–12+ years in Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Program Management, Startup Leadership, or Founder Office roles
- Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working directly with founders, CXOs, or executive leadership
- High ownership, discretion, and execution excellence
Bonus If You Have
- Experience at high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Background in Consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, Accenture Strategy, etc.)
- Built operating systems or PMOs from scratch
- Experience with AI productivity tools, automation, and dashboards
- Managed investor, board, or executive-level communications
