🚀 We're Hiring | Storage & Infrastructure Engineer (L2) | Mumbai

We are expanding our Global IT (GIT) platform at our India Captive in Mumbai, and we're on the lookout for a sharp, ownership-driven L2 Storage Engineer to join our Run Team. You'll be at the heart of keeping mission-critical storage and data center environments running seamlessly — across geographies, time zones, and technologies.
🔧 What You'll Own
- Manage and operate SAN, NAS, FC Fabrics, and inter-site links across Data Centers
- Handle end-to-end storage provisioning — LUN zoning, mapping, masking, and volume reclamation
- Monitor system alerts, manage ITSM queues, and take ownership of L1/L2 escalations
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and resolve storage capacity and performance bottlenecks
- Oversee data replication across Data Centers and lead DR failover/failback operations
- Drive vendor coordination for hardware break/fix and software cases, including campaign upgrades
- Step into crisis management taskforces when priority incidents demand it
- Maintain SOPs, support capacity planning, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
- Proactively identify and remediate security vulnerabilities

- 8–12 years of hands-on enterprise storage and infrastructure support experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Strong analytical mindset with a solution-first approach
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
- A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, globally distributed environments
🕐 Shift & Availability
- Rotational shifts covering global hours (Mon–Sat)
- Rotational on-call support during off-hours
- One Saturday per month (every 3rd Saturday)
- Follows the Paris public holiday calendar
