Founder's Office Apprenticeship — Business Growth & OperationsThis isn't an internship.
It's an apprenticeship in how ambitious companies are built.
For three months, you'll work directly alongside the founder, learning how ideas become products, how products become systems, and how systems become organisations capable of changing an industry.
You'll be trusted with real work from day one—not because you'll know everything, but because that's the fastest way to learn.
One week you might be designing a customer journey for hundreds of families.
The next, building an operational system that saves the team hours every week.
Then analysing growth experiments, improving conversion funnels, launching partnerships, solving logistical problems, sitting in strategy meetings, or helping execute entirely new initiatives.
No two weeks will look the same.
That's intentional.
The best operators aren't specialists.
They're people who can understand an entire system, identify what's slowing it down, and build the solution.

Who we're looking forYou're probably early in your career.
But you've never really felt "early."
You've always found yourself taking ownership when nobody asked you to.
You notice inefficiencies other people accept.
You enjoy solving messy problems.
You move comfortably between structured thinking and creative execution.
You can hold multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Most importantly, you're energised by building something that genuinely matters.
Skills can be taught.
Agency can't.
We're looking for the latter.
What you'll leave with
Most internships teach you how one department works.
This apprenticeship teaches you how a company works.
You'll build things that continue to exist long after your apprenticeship ends.
