DigitMoney is a digital lending marketplace that helps customers discover loan offers they are most likely to be eligible for. We work with multiple lending partners across Personal Loans, Business Loans, Gold Loans and Debt Consolidation, with a simple promise: make borrowing clearer, faster and more accessible.
We are building a high-quality affiliate engine to acquire customers at scale while maintaining strong lead quality, compliance and unit economics.
The Role
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who can build and scale DigitMoney’s affiliate channel from the ground up. This person will identify the right affiliate partners, close commercial deals, onboard them quickly, improve their performance, and ensure the channel delivers quality loan applications—not just volume.
This is a hands-on growth role. You will work closely with lenders, internal operations, product, analytics and marketing teams to turn affiliate traffic into registrations, offers and ultimately disbursals.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, reach out to and onboard affiliate networks, publishers, app partners, lead-generation partners, fintech communities, comparison platforms and relevant performance-marketing partners.
- Build a pipeline of high-potential affiliate partners and close commercial agreements.
- Negotiate payouts, caps, quality benchmarks, payment terms and commercial structures.
- Launch partners quickly by coordinating tracking links, postbacks, landing pages, creatives, compliance requirements and reporting.
- Track daily performance across registrations, offer views, application starts, approvals, disbursals, cost per registration, cost per disbursal and lead quality.
- Improve partner performance through better targeting, landing-page inputs, offer positioning, creatives and conversion feedback.
- Work with partners to reduce invalid leads, duplicate leads, fraud, low-intent traffic and poor-quality applications.
- Create clear partner-wise dashboards and weekly performance reviews.
- Build strong relationships with affiliate partners so DigitMoney becomes a preferred lending marketplace for them.
- Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners to resolve tracking, payout, journey and conversion issues quickly.
- Stay updated on affiliate trends, competitor payouts, lender policies and compliance requirements in lending.
- Ensure all affiliate activity follows DigitMoney’s brand guidelines, lender requirements and applicable regulatory/compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing or publisher development.
- Experience in fintech, loans, insurance, credit cards, banking, BFSI or lead generation is a strong advantage.
- Existing relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, app partners or performance marketers will be highly valued.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills; comfortable discussing payouts, margins, caps and targets.
- Comfortable with numbers and funnel metrics; able to identify where conversion is leaking and act on it.
- Understanding of CPL, CPA, CPS, postbacks, tracking links, attribution, fraud checks and lead validation.
- Ability to move fast, manage multiple partners and solve problems without waiting for perfect conditions.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ownership mindset: this person should treat the affiliate channel like a business within the business.
Success in the First 90 Days
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant affiliate partners.
- Onboard an initial set of active, quality partners and get them live.
- Establish partner-level reporting for volume, quality, conversion and payout.
- Identify the best-performing partner types and scale them responsibly.
- Put clear controls in place for duplicate leads, fraudulent traffic, compliance and poor-quality sources.
- Create a repeatable affiliate onboarding and performance-review process.
