Key Responsibilities
- Student Support: Act as the first point of contact for students, answering basic queries about the study abroad process and Ambitio’s services.
- University Research: Assist the team in researching university programs, entry requirements, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities tailored to student profiles.
- Documentation Assistance: Help students create initial drafts of their resumes, statements of purpose (SOPs), and other application documents under the guidance of senior editors.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student progress and application statuses in our internal tracking systems.
- Coordination: Coordinate between students and senior mentors to schedule counseling sessions and ensure deadlines are met.
- Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions to learn about global education trends, visa processes, and admission criteria for top universities.
