We're looking for an entrepreneurial consultant who enjoys solving business challenges, working directly with clients, and contributing to business growth. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in consulting, fintech, taxation, accounting, or corporate advisory and is equally comfortable engaging with clients, managing projects, and identifying new business opportunities
What You'll Do
- Advise international clients on India market entry — entity structure, location, regulatory pathway, and setup execution.
- Own client relationships from first conversation through delivery.
- Coordinate a network of CAs, CSs, legal advisors, and payroll and compliance partners to get client work done.
- Support engagements across accounting, taxation, corporate compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Contribute to how the firm grows — proposals, client presentations, and identifying opportunities within and beyond existing relationships.
- Work across multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years in consulting, taxation, accounting, or corporate advisory.
- Strong working knowledge of Indian business regulations, taxation, and compliance.
- Track record of managing client relationships and delivering advisory work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management — you'll be client-facing from the start.
- A commercial mindset and the self-direction to operate without layers of structure.
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With
- Cross-border structures or foreign companies entering India.
- Entity incorporation, FEMA, GST, payroll, ROC, and corporate compliance.
- Financial services or fintech clients.
- Business development, partnerships, or client acquisition.
