Key Job responsibilities
• Drive operational excellence & service delivery across assigned centres
• Ensure operational readiness for new centre launches
• Lead, coach & develop Centre Heads/Managers to build high-performing teams
• Drive quality, consistency & parent satisfaction across the cluster
• Improve staff productivity, retention & overall centre performance
• Partner with business teams to achieve cluster revenue targets
We are looking for
• 8–10 years of multi-site operations experience in education, retail, hospitality or service industry
• Strong people leadership & stakeholder management skills
• Customer-centric, solution-oriented & execution-focused mindset
