TripXOXO is a fast-growing B2B/B2C travel platform aggregating activities, experiences, tours, and attractions across 900+ cities in 140+ countries. We're looking for Travel Operations Executives to manage day-to-day booking operations and ensure smooth customer and supplier coordination.
What you'll do:
- Handle end-to-end operations for domestic holiday and activity bookings
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings
- Manage booking queries, changes, and issue resolution
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of reservations
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth booking workflows
- Support customers across shifts, including weekends
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, ideally in travel operations
- Experience in domestic holidays and/or activity bookings preferred
- Willingness and ability to work in shifts, including weekends
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote/WFH setup
- Based in Mumbai
