What We Are Looking For
- Strong React.js fundamentals: hooks, component lifecycle, reconciliation, state and props, composition. (Required)
- Hands-on production experience with Next.js: routing, data fetching, and rendering strategies (SSR / SSG / ISR). (Required)
- Solid JavaScript (ES6+) foundations, with TypeScript used in production. (Required)
- Strong HTML5 / CSS3, responsive layouts, and cross-browser behaviour.
- Experience with state management: Redux, Redux-Saga, Zustand, React Query, or Context API.
- Integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs into the frontend.
- Awareness of web performance: code splitting, lazy loading, bundle size, Core Web Vitals / Lighthouse.
- Understanding of Version Control (Git) and clean, linted, reusable code with sound design patterns.
- Exposure to unit testing with Jest and React Testing Library is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Next.js App Router and React Server Components.
- Build tooling (Vite / Webpack), CI/CD.
- Accessibility (a11y), Storybook, design-system / component-library work.
- Familiarity with the internals of the third-party libraries used, not just their surface API.

- Develop user-facing web features and reusable component libraries.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and strive for pixel-perfect, responsive implementation across browsers and screen sizes.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write linted, testable, maintainable code and contribute to frontend engineering standards.
- Enable best practices and continually improve the technology of the product.
