Role expectations
Architect and deliver end-to-end digital journeys for loan onboarding, construction disbursements,
servicing, and customer lifecycle management
Design scalable solutions for FAB NHL Mobile App and backend platforms (FBMS / web portals),
supporting high concurrency and performance
Define integration architecture across internal systems (core banking, risk, reporting) and
external entities
- UAE Pass (digital identity)
- DARI / DMT (property validation and mortgage registry)
- AECB (credit bureau integration)
Design and implement secure API and microservices architectures, ensuring low latency and
resilience
Work across existing platforms (Oracle Unifier/Primavera, OBIEE, custom UI) and lead
modernization where required
Drive data architecture and integration patterns, including real-time and batch data
synchronization
Lead AI and automation initiatives, including RPA, decisioning, and intelligent workflows within
NHL journeys
Support DevOps, deployment, and environment strategy to ensure scalable and stable delivery
Conduct architecture governance (ARB) and ensure adherence to NFRs (performance, scalability,
availability, DR)
8+ years of experience, with strong hands-on exposure in solution architecture and development
Proven ability to work as a hands-on architect (not just design/review)
Technical Skills (Core Expectations)
Strong development background (Java / .NET / Node.js or similar enterprise stack)
Experience designing and building microservices and API-led architectures
Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST, event-driven, messaging, middleware)
Experience working with enterprise applications and complex system integration landscapes
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and hybrid architectures
Experience with mobile backend architectures and high transaction systems
Exposure to data platforms, reporting (OBIEE or similar), and data integration frameworks
Good to Have
Experience in banking / mortgage / lending domain
Exposure to UAE regulatory integrations (CBUAE, UAE Pass, DARI, AECB)
Experience with AI / automation (RPA, decision engines, AI-driven workflows)
Familiarity with Oracle Unifier / Primavera or similar enterprise systems
