Stipend: ₹7,000–₹12,000 per month

About the Role
As a Founder's Office – Growth & Partnership Intern, you'll work closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive business growth, strategic partnerships, and community expansion. This role offers hands-on exposure to startup execution, B2B partnerships, sales strategy, and founder-led initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Business Development
- Identify and qualify potential partners, startups, enterprises, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Generate qualified leads through research and outbound outreach.
- Support partnership conversations, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Maintain CRM and business development pipelines.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and partnership documents.
Strategic Partnerships
- Coordinate with founders, investors, accelerators, corporates, and ecosystem partners.
- Support execution of partnership campaigns and community initiatives.
- Build and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Track partnership performance and prepare impact reports.
Founder’s Office
- Support strategic projects and special initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and business summaries.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks and ensure timely execution.
Community Growth
- Support founder engagement and community-building initiatives.
- Assist in networking events, roundtables, and curated mixers.
- Manage partner communication and post-event follow-ups.
