Role Description
The Investor Relations Executive will manage and enhance communication between Garuda Aerospace and its investors, potential investors, and financial stakeholders. This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves preparing investor presentations, quarterly and annual reports, and other communication materials that clearly describe the company’s strategy, performance, and growth plans. The role includes coordinating investor meetings, roadshows, and conference calls, responding to investor queries, and maintaining an up-to-date investor database. The Investor Relations Executive will collaborate closely with finance, strategy, and leadership teams to gather data, analyze business performance, and ensure accurate and consistent messaging. The position also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, and providing insights that support fundraising and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or related domains within startups, technology, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations, briefing notes, and investor-facing documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with financial modeling, valuation concepts, and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is an advantage.
