Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineering Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Engineering Manager will lead software engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management to ensure high-quality delivery of AI-driven and enterprise applications.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management skills, including team coordination, mentoring, and setting technical direction.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership capabilities to build, motivate, and retain high-performing engineering teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development experience in modern technologies, frameworks, and architectures relevant to AI and cloud-based products.
- Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills for planning, tracking, and delivering complex software initiatives on time and within scope.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Integration skills for connecting APIs, services, data pipelines, and third-party platforms in production environments.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with experience in AI/ML or data-driven products.
- Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, software architecture, Agile methodologies, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
