Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Frontend Developer role based in Surat, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Frontend Developer will build and optimize responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, translating UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code. Responsibilities include implementing reusable components, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and collaborating closely with backend developers, designers, and product stakeholders. The role involves participating in code reviews, improving performance and accessibility, maintaining documentation, and helping refine technical solutions throughout the product lifecycle. The developer will also contribute to continuous improvement by adopting best practices, modern frameworks, and relevant frontend tooling.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in core frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with at least one major frontend framework/library (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular) and component-based development.
- Skills in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development, including use of CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration of frontend with backend services.
- Understanding of version control and collaboration tools (e.g., Git, GitHub, or GitLab).
- Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and basic SEO best practices for web applications.
- Experience working with UI/UX designers, design systems, and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Ability to write clean, testable code and familiarity with basic testing practices or tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
