Role Description The Founders Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves working closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, including planning and executing content and business projects, tracking key metrics, and preparing reports and presentations. Daily tasks may include conducting research, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing calendars and meetings, and supporting decision-making through data and insights. The role also includes drafting communication, documenting processes, and helping streamline operations to enable the founders to focus on high-impact priorities. This position is ideal for someone who wants broad exposure to content, strategy, and operations in a fast-moving creative environment.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations, reports, and concise documentation.
- High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.
- Comfort with using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
- Demonstrated interest in content, media, or storytelling that resonates with young audiences in India.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, take initiative, and operate with discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; backgrounds in business, communications, media, or related fields are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a founders office, consulting, operations, or a similar generalist role is preferred but not mandatory.
