Andor Tech India is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our in-house product development initiatives. We are seeking a seasoned technology leader with a strong background in .NET technologies, proven people management capabilities, and a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions at scale.

Role Overview
The Engineering Manager will lead cross-functional software development teams building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. This role combines technical leadership, people management, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end delivery ownership while ensuring alignment with business objectives and engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of software development experience with a strong background in .NET technologies.
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- C#
- .NET / .NET Core/Java
- ASP.NET MVC / Web API
- SQL Server
- Microservices Architecture
- REST APIs
- Azure Cloud Services
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
