What You’ll Actually Do
- Build AI Agents that Work: Design the logic that enables an AI agent to handle a business call, query a CRM for data, send a WhatsApp follow-up and other actions that actually help a business
- Master the Stack: Work across Node.js/Python (Backend) and potentially React/React Native to build the systems that power our core use cases.
- Evolve Infrastructure: Build and scale our core communication infrastructure, including telephony, messaging, and complex workflows.
- Architect for Scale: Design robust, forward-looking systems that can handle massive traffic while remaining flexible.
- Direct Impact: Work closely with the founders and the team to launch products directly to our users.
Who You Are
- 2–5 Years of Experience: You’ve built and scaled production-grade systems in Node.js, Python, or Go.
- AI Obsessed: You understand that 'Agentic AI' is about more than just a prompt. You’ve dealt with the real-world headaches of state management, tool-calling reliability, and latency in voice-first systems.
- Generalist Mindset: You’re a backend expert who isn't afraid to fix a frontend bug or dive into VoIP protocols.
- Bias for Action: You’d rather ship a solid version today than a "perfect" one in two weeks.
- Bonus: Experience with VoIP or real-time communication systems.
