ROLE SUMMARY
Turns campaign concepts and briefs into decks, mood boards, mockups and design assets, bringing B&B's creative ideas to life for internal pitches and client presentations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build pitch decks and presentations in B&B's dark editorial visual style
- Design mood boards and concept visualizations from campaign briefs
- Create mockups and renders for events, installations and activations
- Maintain and evolve B&B's design templates and asset library
- Work closely with strategy and client servicing teams to shape visual storytelling
- Produce quick concept sketches and visuals to support pitches under tight timelines
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or visualization, ideally at an agency or design studio
- Strong skills in PowerPoint/Keynote, Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- A sharp eye for typography, layout and visual detail
- A portfolio is required
- Based in Bangalore

- Volume and quality of decks/visuals produced
- Contribution of visuals to pitch wins
- Consistency with B&B's design templates and systems
- Feedback quality from clients and internal creative leads
