Astatine.ai is an intelligence-first influencer marketing agency. We audit every creator before a rupee is spent, map the competition before a brief goes out, and measure campaigns on sentiment, purchase intent, and virality, not just reach and views.
We are hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to run campaigns end to end. You will own creator discovery and vetting, campaign strategy and execution, client briefs, and performance reporting, working with a creator network of 3.5M+ across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities in 12+ languages.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns from brief to final report
- Discover, vet, and shortlist creators using our audit-first process
- Manage client communication, briefs, and mid-campaign adjustments
- Track performance and deliver reports that say what the data means
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years in influencer or digital marketing, agency side preferred
- Strong grasp of engagement metrics, benchmarks, and campaign analytics
- Excellent communication and creator negotiation skills
- Full time Role In CP Delhi
