Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Wealth Manager will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, risk appetite, and life-stage priorities, and then develop tailored wealth management strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and reviewing financial plans, advising on investments across asset classes, coordinating insurance and protection solutions, and monitoring portfolio performance. The role involves regular client meetings, preparation of proposals and reports, collaboration with internal product and research teams, and staying updated on market trends and regulatory developments. The Wealth Manager is expected to maintain high standards of ethics, ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, and build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning skills, including goal-based planning, asset allocation, and retirement planning.
- Candidates should possess Investment Management and Investments skills, with the ability to construct, monitor, and rebalance portfolios across equity, debt, and alternative assets.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge, including understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and risk-return dynamics.
- Candidates should possess Insurance expertise, including assessment of protection needs and recommendation of appropriate life, health, and general insurance solutions.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications like CFP, CFA, NISM, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in financial tools and MS Excel or similar software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build enduring client relationships.
- High level of integrity, client-centric mindset, and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
