Job Overview:
- Analyze integration requirements from multiple clients and evaluate the feasibility of proposed integrations.
- Assess client integration needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Manage and coordinate API and SSO implementation projects.
- Analyze and provide support for API and SSO-related support tickets.
- Share technical and integration-related information with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Test Greythr APIs and troubleshoot API endpoint-related issues.
- Evaluate the feasibility of attendance integrations using Greythr APIs.
- Maintain and update client feasibility reports and integration documentation.
- Perform SSO feasibility testing across different Identity Providers (IDPs).
- Troubleshoot and resolve SSO authentication and login-related issues.
- Ensure timely support, communication, and status updates throughout the integration lifecycle.
