Role Description The AI Agentic Developer will design, build, and optimize AI-driven software agents that automate tasks, make decisions, and interact with users and systems in intelligent ways. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and integrating AI models, implementing agent workflows, writing production-grade code, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. The role involves analyzing data patterns, refining algorithms, debugging complex behaviors, and continuously improving performance and reliability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagercoil, requiring close collaboration with local team members and participation in planning, review, and deployment activities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining production software systems.
- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including designing, training, and evaluating models for practical use cases.
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text understanding, generation, and conversational interfaces.
- Knowledge of common programming languages for AI and backend development (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document designs and implementations effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior work with agentic or autonomous AI systems is an advantage.
- Experience with software architecture, APIs, and version control, plus a strong interest in staying current with advancements in AI and machine learning.
