Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience building or managing AI/ML-powered products.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on B2B products.
- Strong technical background.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs.
- Proven experience defining product strategy and delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working at leading product companies and/or strong academic credentials from top-tier engineering institutions is preferred.
- Exposure to GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, or AI platform products is highly desirable.
- Experience launching AI-powered products or features in production environments is a plus.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
