What will you do:
- Lead engineering project teams in developing new offers and evolving existing products, influencing technical direction across R&D centers
- Drive software architectural decisions and technical specifications while ensuring performance, robustness, and quality standards
- Guide cross-functional teams in Agile environments, managing technical risks and design feasibility while optimizing constraints
- Oversee product lifecycle activities from requirements gathering to manufacturing support, including cybersecurity and eco-design considerations
- Mentor and develop technical teams while managing workload, expenses, and planning
