Designation - Team Lead
Location - Ghansoli
Working Days - 5 days working | 2 rotational week-offs
Shift - Rotational shift
CTC - up to 4.50 LPA
Mandatory Requirement - Tamil language fluency
Key Responsibilities:
- Being part of daily team meeting and update client and internal team
- Get trained on client policies
- Being responsible to share feedback/trainings to team members
- Responsible for internal/client communications
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Understands team lead KPIs
Requirements:
- Graduation in any field is mandatory
- Fluency in Tamil language is mandatory (speaking, reading, writing, listening)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Operations Team Lead on paper.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
