Role Description
We are looking for a precision-oriented Social Media Designer to take our brand's visual presence to the next level. This role isn't just about design; it’s about execution and ownership. You will be responsible for translating briefs into platform-perfect creatives while maintaining a "get it right the first time" mentality. You will act as the final gatekeeper of quality, ensuring every asset is on-brand, error-free, and optimized for engagement before it ever hits a reviewer’s desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute platform-specific creatives (static, carousels, stories) that strictly adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Take full ownership of the QC process, ensuring zero errors in typography, alignment, and brand consistency before submission.
- Accurately interpret creative briefs and feedback, minimizing the need for multiple revision cycles through high first-draft accuracy.
- Adhere to strict timelines and manage multiple deliverables without compromising on creative standards.
- Proactively research design trends and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance creative output and speed up production workflows.
- Independently explore and present visual references to elevate the brand’s aesthetic and stay ahead of competitors.
Qualifications:
- A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality "clean" design and a clear understanding of brand consistency.
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback with a growth-oriented mindset.
