Role Description The Design Architect will work full time on-site at the Mumbai office, contributing to architectural design across concept, schematic, and detailed stages. Responsibilities include developing design proposals, preparing presentations, and translating concepts into construction drawings and documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure design intent, functionality, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. The Design Architect will participate in design reviews, manage design revisions, and support design management activities throughout the project lifecycle. Regular collaboration, clear communication, and attention to detail are expected in day-to-day work with project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5 to 6 years of experience
- candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Design Management to coordinate design stages, timelines, and multidisciplinary inputs.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation that align with codes and project requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a professional degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) is beneficial.
- Knowledge of local building regulations, materials, and construction practices in India is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain quality under deadlines, and work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment.
