Role OverviewLooking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong hands-on Source-to-Pay (S2P) experience to lead solution architecture, implementation, integrations, and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end ServiceNow S2P solution architecture and implementation.
- Design solutions across Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle, Purchase Orders, and Accounts Payable.
- Lead integrations between ServiceNow S2P and SAP/ERP/procurement systems.
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct design/code reviews, and mentor developers.
- Ensure OOTB-first architecture, performance, security, and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills- 8+ years ServiceNow experience
- Hands-on ServiceNow S2P experience – MANDATORY
- Strong S2P / Sourcing & Procurement Operations experience
- Supplier Lifecycle and Accounts Payable experience
- ServiceNow architecture and solution design
- Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, MID Server
- ServiceNow–SAP/ERP integrations
- Strong understanding of procurement and enterprise workflows
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
