Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Informatica Architect to join a high-performing engineering team working on scalable products for global enterprise clients.
This role is ideal for professionals currently working in a 100% REMOTE setup and looking to take up a long-term freelance or part-time engagement alongside their primary role with competitive compensation and meaningful additional income.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data integration solutions using Informatica (PowerCenter / IICS).
- Define data architecture, ETL strategies, and best practices. Lead data migration, data warehousing, and data governance initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize the performance of ETL workflows and ensure data quality and integrity. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in data integration and ETL development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica tools (PowerCenter, IICS, IDQ, MDM).
- Expertise in data warehousing concepts and data modeling. Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Informatica certification(s) (PowerCenter / IICS / MDM).
- Experience in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Exposure to API integrations and real-time data processing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
