Senior Architect
Charcoal Pencil Architects is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Architect to join our growing team.
If you have 5+ years of professional experience in architecture, strong design sensibilities, and the ability to lead projects from concept to execution, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and project development
- Prepare design presentations, drawings, and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors
- Manage project timelines and site coordination
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to design excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and detailing
- Excellent communication and project management skills
