You’ll play a key role in creating smooth customer experiences while strengthening our logistics engine. This role blends customer communication with backend operations, hands-on, fast-paced, and built for real impact.
As a Logistics & Operations Executive, you will own the backbone of our brand by managing shipments, coordinating fulfilment workflows, and ensuring every order moves efficiently from warehouse to customer.
We are a growing startup, not a role-boxed organisation. You’ll work across teams, take on real responsibility, and gain deep exposure to how e-commerce operations function end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
📦 Oversee daily shipments, dispatches, and delivery timelines
🚚 Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, escalations, and issue resolution
📊 Maintain accurate order tracking systems and logistics records
💬 Manage customer communication related to orders, delivery updates, and exchanges
📋 Streamline operational workflows including packaging and fulfilment processes
✨ Identify gaps, solve inefficiencies, and improve systems as we scale

📍 Onsite role
🗓 Monday to Saturday
⏰ 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
