Role Description The Project Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for supporting project teams with day-to-day coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, tracking tasks, and maintaining project records. The Project Administrator will assist in compiling reports, updating project plans, and ensuring that project information is accurate and accessible to stakeholders. The role involves liaising with internal teams and clients, following up on action items, and helping monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. The Project Administrator will also contribute to process improvements, support compliance with company standards, and provide general administrative support to project managers.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) and comfort with project tracking or collaboration platforms.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing documentation, reports, and professional correspondence.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and document formatting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain positive, professional client interactions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to support project monitoring, identify issues, and suggest practical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, management, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or consulting environments is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn project management methodologies and tools; formal training or certifications are a plus.
