We work closely with product managers, business partners, implementation teams, and customers to design and deliver cloud-based solutions across Oracle HCM and SCM modules.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Oracle SaaS HCM / SCM Project Manager to lead and support Oracle SaaS implementation and support engagements. The role involves managing project scope, customer expectations, delivery timelines, requirements, status updates, and cross-functional coordination from project inception through successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS HCM and/or SCM applications, strong project management capabilities, customer management skills, and experience working on at least two full-cycle Oracle SaaS implementation projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory
- Good understanding of Oracle SaaS applications, especially Oracle HCM and/or SCM modules.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS HCM / SCM implementation and support.
- Experience in at least two full-cycle Oracle SaaS HCM / SCM implementation projects.
- Strong project management experience in cloud-based Oracle SaaS technology environments.
- Ability to manage scope, timelines, project risks, customer expectations, and delivery commitments.
- Strong customer management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent ownership mindset with the ability to follow through on assignments and resolve client issues.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask, remain composed under pressure, and adjust priorities in a dynamic business environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- University degree; postgraduate technical, management qualification, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
Good-to-Have
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Oracle Fusion HCM and/or SCM certification.
- Experience working with global customers, cross-functional delivery teams, and enterprise-scale Oracle SaaS programs.
- Exposure to Agile, hybrid, or structured project delivery methodologies.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Experience coordinating with product management teams and business partners on solution design and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle SaaS HCM / SCM implementation and support projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with customers, product managers, business partners, and internal teams to gather requirements and define business solutions.
- Model, design, and support the development of Oracle SaaS-based business solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations across individual assignments.
- Provide regular project status updates, track progress, and manage scope changes through effective communication and governance.
- Take ownership of client issues, follow through on assignments, and drive resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Support delivery teams during implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts and adapt priorities in high-pressure, high-visibility, and fast-changing business situations.
