Role- Associate Application Developer
Exp- 3-7yrs
Mandatory Skills- Japanese N3 (Min N3 or NAt 3) AND C++ / VC++, proficient, Debugging & Shell Scripting
Should have experience in japanese Language- Min N3 or Nat3 is required.
C++ / VC++
- .Strong fundamentals (memory management, debugging, STL)
- .Ability to read and modify legacy enterprise systems
- .Windows-based development & troubleshooting
- Basic scripting (PowerShell / Shell)
Test Automation Skills
- Automation mindset (Non-negotiable)
- Experience with Ranorex / Selenium / any UI automation tool
Understanding Of
Object repository
Element identification (XPath, UI mapping)
Test case design & modularization
System Understanding & Debug Capability
- Ability to:
- Analyze logs (event logs, system logs)
- Troubleshoot production-like issues
- Basic understanding of:
- Enterprise monitoring tools (like Systemwalker – can be trained)
- Strong problem-solving approach (root cause thinking)
Communication (Especially for Japan Coordination)
- Clear and structured communication
- Basic understanding of writing status updates and explaining issues with evidence.
Automation Framework Thinking
- 1.Designing reusable test modules
- 2.Data-driven testing
- 3.Improving execution time
Release / Production Awareness
- Understanding of deployment flow and ablity forImpact analysis
- Ability to:
- Debug failed automation
- Add validations & retries
- Must to have Japanese skills
