As part of the next phase of growth, the Group is expanding into Multi Family office, Investments & Wealth management advisory services.
About the Role:
We are building an independent, advisory-led Multi-Family Office (MFO) for promoter families, entrepreneurs and HNIs, focused on preservation, growth and inter-generational stewardship of wealth. We seek a senior, entrepreneurial professional to work closely with the Founder in building and scaling the MFO.
This is a leadership-track role combining investment expertise, family financial analysis, portfolio construction, client advisory, team building and execution. It is not a product-distribution or sales-led wealth management role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of families covering assets, liabilities, investments, business interests, cash flows and liquidity requirements; prepare net-worth statements, wealth dashboards and periodic portfolio reviews.
- Draft and review Investment Policy Statements (IPS) covering investment objectives, risk parameters, liquidity and strategic asset allocation.
- Design customised portfolios aligned with each family's objectives, risk appetite and liquidity needs; review performance, risk, concentration, diversification, costs and suitability.
- Evaluate investment opportunities across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, Global Funds, Private Equity, VC, Angel Investments, Pre-IPO/Unlisted, Real Estate Funds, Sector/Thematic Funds, Mergers & Acquisitions and other Alternatives.
- Maintain strong knowledge of leading Indian and global fund houses, wealth managers, investment managers and platforms; independently evaluate and challenge external recommendations.
- Coordinate broader family-office requirements including estate & succession planning, taxation, trusts/ownership structures, risk management, family governance, philanthropy, CSR and legacy planning.
- Build trusted relationships with promoter families and coordinate execution across banks, fund managers, lawyers, tax advisors and other specialists.
- Help build institutional-quality investment processes, due-diligence frameworks, reporting systems and technology-enabled dashboards for the MFO.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Build, lead and mentor a high-quality team across investments, research, analytics, operations and client servicing as the MFO scales.
- Demonstrate strong people management, delegation, decision-making and execution capabilities.
- Create a culture of ownership, accountability, excellence, confidentiality and client-first thinking.
- Lead multiple internal and external stakeholders and manage complex client relationships with maturity and discretion.
- Convert strategy into clear priorities, establish scalable processes and progressively assume greater responsibility for the management and growth of the MFO.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience in a Family Office, Multi-Family Office, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Management or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, investment analysis and traditional & alternative investment strategies.
- Experience with HNI/UHNI or promoter-family portfolios, including financial analysis, IPS drafting and customised portfolio design.
- Strong knowledge of leading fund houses, investment managers and wealth-management strategies in India and globally.
- Demonstrated leadership, team-building, analytical, communication and relationship-management capabilities.
- High integrity, discretion and confidentiality, with an entrepreneurial, hands-on and ownership-oriented mindset.
