About LH2 AI Labs
Built by second-time founders who have built and sold companies before, LH2 AI Labs (lh2.ai) is building the post-training infrastructure for frontier AI models.
We bring private, high-quality institutional datasets and vetted domain experts to frontier AI pipelines across verticals like coding, computer use, agentic, medical, audio and more.
For AI to keep progressing, it needs high-quality training data drawn from real production use cases. The public web has already been crawled and trained on – there's nothing left. That's where we come in: we envision creating a world where frontier models can access data on tap – exactly how they access compute today.
About the role
We're hiring for the Founder's Office to drive go-to-market for our healthcare vertical. This is a seat for someone who trained in medicine and then moved into the corporate world, a clinician who now thinks like an operator. You understand how hospitals, diagnostic chains, CROs, and pharma actually work from the inside, but you've also spent time in a commercial environment (consulting; health tech; pharma or medtech commercial; health investing; or similar) and can hold a room with buyers, compliance teams, and founders alike.
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders to shape and execute the healthcare GTM motion: what we sell, who we sell it to, how we source the supply behind it, and how we close. It spans strategy and hands-on execution. You frame the plan and you ship the work.
This is not a purely clinical, research, or advisory role. Your medical knowledge is the credibility layer; the job itself is commercial and operational.
What you’ll own
GTM Strategy & Positioning
- Partner with the founders to define the healthcare go-to-market: which sub-segments to prioritise (clinical notes, diagnostic imaging, pharma, devices, and audio); how to position oneself against generic data vendors; and what to say no to.
- Shape pricing posture and differentiation, and run the strategic reviews on what's working and where to double down.
Buyer & Commercial Motion
- Co-own buyer conversations with the founders, bringing clinical and institutional depth into pitches and scoping calls with frontier AI labs.
- Translate buyer requirements into clear supply specs: modality, coverage, annotation format, regulatory considerations, and pricing inputs.
- Own post-sale relationships within the vertical.
Supply: Data & Expert Network
- Source proprietary medical data assets across hospitals, diagnostic chains, CROs, pharma archives, device companies, and individual practitioners.
- Build and grow the expert bench: identify, recruit, credential, and retain MDs, specialists, and clinical researchers as domain validators.
- Make sure everything sourced is rights-cleared, consent-compliant, and meets the quality bar frontier buyers expect.
What we’re looking for
- A medical background followed by a move into corporate or commercial work. You've practised or trained clinically and genuinely understand the domain.
- 2 to 3 years of corporate experience post-transition in areas like healthcare or life sciences consulting, health tech, pharma or medtech commercial, medical affairs, clinical operations, or health-focused investing.
- Strong medical fluency. You can speak credibly with clinicians and compliance teams and translate that for technical AI buyers.
- High agency. You can frame the strategy and execute it without hand-holding, and you're comfortable moving between institution-level sourcing and commercial conversations.
- Sharp communicator who can hold their own across clinicians, procurement, and founders.
