About The Role
We are seeking a talented and strategic Social Media Strategist & Content Writer to join our creative team. This role requires a professional who can think like a storyteller, work like a producer, and analyze like a growth marketer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping content narratives, designing growth systems, and transforming spiritual insights into scalable digital impact. You will develop platform-specific content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, craft emotionally intelligent scripts, and oversee the entire content lifecycle from ideation to publication. Your work will directly influence our mission to make meditation and conscious living mainstream, reaching diverse audiences through compelling storytelling and innovative content formats.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess 3–6 years of experience in digital content creation, media production, or digital strategy, preferably within a YouTube-first environment. Strong proficiency in Hindi is essential, with English language skills considered an advantage. Candidates should demonstrate a deep passion for spirituality, meditation, psychology, and holistic well-being. You must have a proven understanding of SEO best practices, storytelling psychology, audience retention metrics, and narrative design. Comfort with fast-paced content systems—ranging from ideation and scripting to production, publishing, and analysis—is crucial. Additionally, awareness of current trends in wellness, mindfulness, and personal transformation spaces is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Ideation
- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook to maximize reach and engagement.
- Identify high-impact themes such as meditation, consciousness, energy science, and ancient wisdom, translating them into scalable series formats.
- Create content funnels that guide audiences from discovery (short-form content) to in-depth learning (long-form videos and app-based courses).
Writing & Scripting
- Craft emotionally intelligent, insightful scripts for videos, podcasts, and social media posts that resonate with a diverse audience.
- Design content architectures including compelling titles, hooks, and calls-to-action optimized for viewer retention and engagement.
- Maintain consistency with PMC Hindi’s tone—spiritual, scientific, and relatable—across all content formats.
Research & Insights
- Conduct in-depth research on topics related to spiritual science, psychology, and neuroscience to ensure accuracy and depth in content.
- Monitor analytics across platforms such as YouTube Studio, Meta Insights, and Google Trends to inform content strategies and creative experiments.
- Collaborate with data and design teams to develop storytelling experiments backed by insights and audience data.
Production & Collaboration
- Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, and on-screen hosts to bring content concepts to life, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Oversee the entire script-to-screen process, maintaining narrative flow, pacing, and visual tone.
- Participate in planning creative campaigns and developing strategic content partnerships to expand reach and impact.
