We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our CAPEX & Automation functions across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
CAPEX & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end CAPEX planning, budgeting, cost estimation, execution, and commissioning of projects.
- Drive plant expansion, automation initiatives, and infrastructure development projects.
- Manage vendor selection, contractor coordination, and project timelines.
Automation & Controls
- Lead programming, troubleshooting, and optimization of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Commission and maintain AC/DC drives, servo motor controllers, and industrial automation systems.
- Identify and implement Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing initiatives.
Engineering & Maintenance
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Oversee maintenance of critical manufacturing equipment and utilities.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability through data-driven methodologies such as TPM and RCM.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and communicate the organization's technical vision and automation roadmap.
- Align technical and engineering strategies with business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Management
- Lead maintenance, engineering, and automation teams.
- Drive manpower planning, capability development, and resource allocation.
Safety, Compliance & Cost Optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage departmental budgets and identify cost-effective maintenance and automation solutions.
- Optimize spare parts inventory and maintenance expenditures.
