Role Description:
WinWire is seeking a Sr. Engineer / Lead — High Quality Delivery: Minimal defect leakage to production with strong test coverage across manual and automation.

Key/Core Responsibilities/What you’ll do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive overall QA strategy covering both manual and automation testing
- Plan test scope, timelines, resources, and automation roadmap
- Review and ensure quality of test cases, test scenarios, and test data
- Oversee execution of manual (functional, regression, UAT) and automated test suites
- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI/API)
- Ensure strong test coverage and validation of end-to-end business workflows
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins) for continuous testing
- Lead, mentor, and manage QA team (manual + automation engineers)
- Conduct test reviews, code reviews, and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular status updates, reports, and dashboards
- Track and improve quality metrics (coverage, defect leakage, pass rate)
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive timely issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and governance
- Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking
- Drive continuous improvement, test optimization, and automation adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience in leading development teams.
Must have skills
Microsoft D365,API Testing, Functional testing, Playwright, Typescript, JavaScript, Automation testing, Manual testing
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in manual testing
3+ years of experience in D365 functional testing
3+ years of experience in Test Automation using Playwright using Python/ TypeScript
3+ years of experience in designing test plan/ strategy, test cases and test execution
5+ years of experience in Agile
