🚀 Hiring: Lead Data Engineer – Snowflake / Databricks
📍 Location: Ahmedabad / Pune
💼 Experience: 7–10 Years

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake or Databricks to design and build scalable, high-performance data solutions and lead data engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop & optimize scalable data solutions
• Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines
• Develop data models and transformations
• Optimize Snowflake/Databricks performance and workloads
• Implement data quality, governance, security & monitoring
• Work with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms
• Provide technical leadership and mentor data engineers
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, data scientists & stakeholders
• Follow Git, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code best practices
Required Skills:
✅ 7–10 years of Data Engineering experience
✅ Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake or Databricks (mandatory)
✅ Strong SQL & Python skills
✅ Spark experience for Databricks profiles
✅ ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing & Lakehouse concepts
✅ Experience with Airflow, ADF, AWS Glue or similar orchestration tools
✅ Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP
✅ Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
⭐ Experience with both Snowflake & Databricks
⭐ dbt / Airflow
⭐ Kafka, Kinesis or Pub/Sub
⭐ Terraform, CI/CD
⭐ GenAI/ML & BI tools
